Tilter doors are the most flexible door, in that customers are able to design the appearance of the door to compliment the exterior of the house. Most materials are able to be used and there are almost no limitations.

Track type tilter doors use a lifting arm and tracking system to lift the door and retract the door completely within the opening. The advantages with this are smooth operation, maximize drive through clearances.

Jamb Type tilter doors use a one piece hinge to lift the door to the horizontal position with the door resting half in and half out of the opening, making this door very cost effective.

STEEL

Fully welded galvanized frame with minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm. Steel sheet has a Base Metal Thickness of 0.35mm. Metroclad has a horizontal rib spaced approx. 200mm apart with a rib depth of 15mm. Metrib has horizontal ribs spaced approx. 40mm apart with a rib depth of 4mm.

Minicorodek is used mainly as an architectural cladding with a continuous wave formation. Sheet depth of 6mm. Monopanel is interlocking sheet with horizontal ribs spaced every 200mm. Overall sheet depth of 20mm.

TIMBER

Fully welded galvanized frame with minimum wall thickness of 1.2mm.

Ply face is 5 ply exterior grade sheet.
